My Skincare Regime: What’s Worked for Me at 75

I’ve been getting so many questions about my skincare regime — what I do and what I’ve done to keep my skin looking healthy at 75 years of age. One of the main reasons I started my Instagram account and website was to share everything I’ve learned that has helped me live well and maintain skin that I feel good about. I hope that what I share here will be helpful to all the women reading this.
Let’s start with the biggest factor in skin aging: collagen loss.
As we age, our bodies produce less collagen — the protein responsible for keeping our skin firm, smooth, and youthful. Collagen provides structure, elasticity, and that natural glow we often associate with younger skin. When it starts to decline, we see more fine lines, wrinkles, and sagging. That’s why replacing and stimulating collagen, both inside and out, has been a huge focus of my skincare routine.
The Treatments That Have Worked for Me
The most dramatic improvement in my skin came when I started using the Current Body LED Red Light Therapy Face Mask and Current Body LED red light Neck & Decolletage. I use them religiously 5 to 6 days a week, and within 3 to 4 months, I noticed a wonderful transformation in my skin’s tone, texture, and glow. Red light therapy stimulates collagen production, reduces inflammation, and helps smooth fine lines — and I truly believe this mask has been a game-changer.
There are new and cheaper LED Red Light Therapy products coming on the market, I strongly suggest that you don't waste your money on cheaper masks as you won't get the results you are looking for. Look for masks that have more bulbs that are placed closely together on the mask.
Also the mask should have a 633 wavelength of REDLIGHT and a 830 INFRAREDLIGHT wavelength.
Current Body has been tested as the number one Red Light Therapy on the market and I have personally seen the results.
In addition to red light therapy, I use Botox in moderation to soften expression lines and maintain a refreshed appearance. I’ve also had fillers and a high-frequency ultrasound treatment that targets wrinkles on the face and neck. The ultrasound treatment delivered the results I was looking for — firmer, smoother skin. There are so many products and treatments out there that claim to reverse aging — and while some can help, a facelift is not the only answer. In fact, before considering surgery, I believe it’s essential to explore non-surgical options. A facelift can tighten sagging skin, but it won’t improve texture, elasticity, or that radiant glow we all want. A facelift only lasts ten years and personally I have found to be a poor investment with short term results. Today there are so many better and more affordable alternatives available with more natural looking results. That’s why I focus on treatments and products that work with my skin from the inside out.
My Daily Skincare Products
Of course, treatments are only part of the equation. Daily skincare plays a huge role in keeping my skin hydrated, nourished, and glowing. I’ve tried so many products over the years, and these are the ones I swear by: Click Here to see my Must Have Products

Hyaluronic Acid Mist: This is an absolute must-have. I leave it on my bathroom counter and spritz my face a few times a day on clean skin, over moisturizers or over makeup. It's a fantastic hydrator that helps my skin retain moisture and reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
AlgaeCal Collagen Complete: I take this supplement every day, and it’s the best collagen I’ve ever used — not just for my skin, but for my hair and nails too. Collagen works from the inside out and it’s made a noticeable difference in my skin’s elasticity and glow.
•
Goop Beauty Morning Skin Drink: This is the first thing I drink every morning. It’s packed with amazing ingredients that help protect against the signs of aging — and it tastes great, too!
The Importance of Sun Protection
If there’s one piece of advice I’d give every woman when it comes to skincare, it’s this: protect your skin from the sun. My mother had beautiful skin well into her 90s, and she always told me to cover up. At the time, I didn’t always love following that advice — but now, I’m so glad I listened.
Sun damage is incredibly hard to reverse. UV rays break down collagen, cause hyperpigmentation, and lead to premature wrinkles and sagging. A good broad-spectrum sunscreen, a wide-brimmed hat, and staying in the shade when possible can go a long way in preserving your skin’s health and appearance.
A Note on Transparency
I want to be completely honest and transparent about the products and treatments I recommend. Everything I’ve mentioned here is something I truly believe in and have personally used with great results. None of these brands have reached out to me for endorsements — but because I love them so much, I now promote them and receive a small commission when you purchase through my Amazon affiliate links. Stay radiant,
Nadja
